2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
For print-on-demand products such as photo prints and merchandise, we strive to ensure that you receive high-quality items. If you are not satisfied with your POD product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return for a POD product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@fotosoco.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
4. Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
